The Website gathers information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
- Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are stored in the Administrator’s systems;

Users have rights under the aforementioned regulations, including:

- The right to request the completion, updating, correction, temporary or permanent suspension of processing, or deletion of their data if it is incomplete, outdated, untrue, collected unlawfully, or no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
The Administrator informs the User that personal data may be entrusted to:
- Service providers supplying technical, IT, and organizational solutions supporting the Administrator’s business operations (e.g., e-commerce platform software, email, hosting, CRM tools, technical support). Data is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfill the processing purposes in accordance with this policy;
- Accounting, legal, and consulting service providers, supporting the Administrator in accounting, legal, or advisory areas (e.g., accounting firms, law firms, debt collection agencies). Data is shared only when necessary and to the extent required for the intended processing purpose in accordance with this policy.
